I walked and lifted weights and Tim also walked and went to a nearby gym to lift.
We left the RV at noon and drove to the Charleston Visitor Center.

We took our bikes and cycled through the city streets all the way to the Battery. We rode along the water and stopped on a bench. We watched sailboats and yachts and work boats.

We continued around the perimeter of the city and arrived at Griffon Pub. We entered and saw thousands of one-dollar bills stapled to the walls and the ceiling and covering a deer mount and taped to the ceiling fan. Customers were marking dollars to hang as we sat and had our lunch. We didn’t have any ones…

We biked back to the Visitor Center. We love coming to Charleston. It is a busy and happening city with lots of college students. The antebellum architecture is amazing. We stopped to take pictures of this Catholic Cathedral.

There are parks and fountains and churches and lots of wrought iron gates and railings. There are cobblestone streets and brick sidewalks. The houses along the Battery are old and grand. There are many shops and restaurants. There are trolley tours and horse drawn carriage tours. We really like it here!
Tim went for a walk on the nature trail.

He discovered live music in the campground community area and he called me to join him. The man had a pleasant voice and we knew every single song.
